Cancellation policy/terms and conditions:
Confirmation of booking requires minimum 50% deposit. Cancellation within 21 days may forfeit half of the deposit. Cancellation within 7 days will forfeit deposit.
One night stay when available incurs a $40 surcharge. Check in from 2pm, check out is from 11am to midday. Late checkout available if availability permits with prior arrangement. Addition of extra beds to retreats $30 per bed for stay. Pay total amount in advance when booking and receive a bottle of Hunter Valley Champagne on arrival.
